I established my practice with the vision of helping individuals and couples achieve more satisfying relationships and thrive individually, relationally and sexually. My advanced training in couple and family therapy and sex therapy allows me to address both sexual and relational concerns.

My practice is focused on helping individuals and couples with a range of presenting concerns, including, but not limited to: relationship distress, anxiety about sex and performance, pain or discomfort during sex, sexual functioning and satisfaction, low or lack of sexual desire and/or pleasure, out-of control sexual behaviors, exploring sexual orientation and gender identity, integration of faith and sexuality, and couples with different sexual interests.

In 2015, Jennifer Litner joined my practice as a clinical associate. Ms. Litner is completing her clinical training under my supervision and has a clinical interest in the treatment of relationship and sexual concerns. In addition to sex therapy, Ms. Litner provides premarital counseling and enjoys working with college students.

We strive to create a safe, non judgmental, compassionate context for clients to explore their struggles and maximize their growth potential. We welcome clients of all gender identities and expression and sexual and affectional orientations.

Choosing the right therapist is an important step of the therapy process as the therapist-client relationship is a significant predictor of outcome in therapy. Please contact us for additional information and/or to assess if one of us might be a good fit for you.
